Why do you want to become staff on ExodusMC?:I want to achieve a new journey in a new part of the group. I want to bring activity, dedication and work to the team while also working with some members to keep this army/regiment/division/group active and keep staff ready. I want to bring a part to the team that isn't used yet and bring my work ethic to the team to help the group improve. The reason I think I should apply for this rank is because I've been through so much. I have taken leadership skills to different staff and I have worked my best through all these staff. I've been in many groups and have been hired in them because I try my best on every single application that I did. I made a better Community for all the armies that I've been in and I showed leadership skills throughout them. I show my activity in many of these groups and want to keep activity inside another group and being organized and structured very seriously. As I’ve mentioned, if you cannot be organized you will not be successful in reaching the common goal I’ve expressed throughout my application. In addition, I am a hard-working and determined individual who isn’t afraid to solve a particular issue or challenge, no matter how difficult it may be. This could include trying to encourage individuals to join staff or solving a more complex issue. I am very passionate about being on staff, and I’ve understood the overall meaning of what it means to be in staff.
