Do you have any previous staffing experience? (If yes, please list them and explain your experience): yes i do, i ran a oneblock server with over 500 members in the discord and i was the founder of it, but i recently stepped down as owner and its now an upcoming survival server with over 600 members in the discord. ive owned many servers in the past and i know how to moderate and assist people. Ive caught and banned cheaters and have a solid knowledge of how things work

Why do you want to become staff on ExodusMC?: i have lots of free time and i need a server to put all my effort in and this server looks amazing and i would like to be part of the community and grow with it. The skyblock is very well made and i would love to work on it and be a part of the community.

What 3 skills do you believe you have that would assist you while being staff on ExodusMC?: Leadership (over the years i feel i have grown as a leader and i hope to become stronger in the future in this skill) , multitasking (working on different things at once and helping multiple people at once. Communication ( I communicate very well and whenever i need help i always ask or if i dont know the answer to a question i always let my peers know)

What 3 weaknesses do you believe you have that you would like to improve upon while being staff on ExodusMC?: Time management (i need to work on this but i think getting staff on this will help me learn and be better at this skill) Advice giving ( i need to work on giving people better advice in certain situations but i think i can improve on this) Sometimes i want stuff to be perfect but you cant always have good things and i want to work on preparing myself for hard times and getting through it and improving myself

Are you currently staff on any other servers?: No because i stepped down as owner on my old oneblock server and i want to further enhance my experience in staffing and moderation

How much time are you able to put into the server on a daily/weekly basis?: im always on discord so probably 10+ hours a day and im on minecraft a lot during the day and night. I currently have nothing to do so i think i would be really active
