yes, I was staff in a privet SMP for 6 months, and i was a helper/builder on I'mBaihu's old servers as well.
Why would you like to become staff?:

i want to help out, i want to make the community a better place, make everyone feel welcome, and so much more.
If accepted, how can you improve the servers experience?

I'm a pretty good builder, i know how to handle stressful situations, I'm pretty good under pressure, I'm very familiar with commands, and it's easy for me to learn about new ones, I'm very passionate about the things I do, I'm also a traditional artist (paper and pencil), I've been player Minecraft for around 8-9 years, maybe more so I'm very aware of the game too.

What 3 attributes and 3 skills do you posses that will assist you as a staff member and the server. How will those effect the server positively?

I'm very focused on serious situations and i don't pick favorite, like if a friend on the server got in a disagreement, I don't just pick them because we're friends, i hear both sides of the story. I can reason with players pretty easy, I don't let emotions cloud my judgement.

Can any current staff members vouch for you?

Unfortunately I'm not friends with anyone from my old SMP, that SMP was super toxic and I just shut that whole part out, but you can find them on tiktok, it's called "SpottieYak", I think I was shown in a video or two?

Can you meet our season requirement of 12 hours per season?

yes, I might be able to do more, and I'm 90% of the time free so whenever you ping me I'm there.
