Texas State Roleplay is a roblox roleplay server, it may seem nothing alike to minecraft moderation, but it actually has some similarities. Firstly, there is a constant need to monitor chat, and look at people's behaviour to ensure the safety of all members. It may seem easy but it can be tough and stressful at times.

My role at Texas State Roleplay was directing it, I was the founder which I still have the role to prove. It grew to around 4200 Members before my retirement. 

If Accepted, how can I improve the servers experience:

If I am accepted, I can constantly interact with the community members, making them feel catered for and able to have someone to trust. I am able to constantly aid people who are requesting help. I can also provide ideas for the server which the community will enjoy.

Attributes:

Patience: I am a very patient person willing to work with anyone in need of assistance. No matter how much they are struggling to do something, I will assist them until they are satisfied and can continue on with their gameplay.

Thinking: I think in ways which can solve solutions quickly, I really dislike doing things the long way, so I always find ways to make things quick and easy while still getting the full task done without dropping the quality of the product

Honesty: I am very honest, and if I genuinely can’t do something I'm willing to accept that and reach out for assistance. If a member is asking for help and I am not sure, I will tell them that I am not sure, and be honest and request help from someone else since I do not want to waste their time.

Skills:

Fast Typing: This may sound rather stupid but it does help a lot, I am able to reply really fast to people so they can get their assistance as quickly as possible. I type at 150 WPM so replying to people is really easy once I have the answer in mind meaning little time is needed to help people.

Development Skills: This doesn’t relate to modding so much, but I am proficient in development. This could allow for me to assist in the discord bots that are in the server to assist with the community and make it easier for people to do things without the need of staff.

Time Management: As a highschooler, I had to learn this over time because of constant exams. I'm really good with managing time so I can balance all my exams. Like this week from posting I had 2 exams, next week I have 3, I have been able to study for all of them a ton while still having time to play my games on PC and work on personal projects.

12 Hour Season Requirement: I can very easily reach 12 hours per season. This obviously will have gaps where I may have to take leave, my family travels the world, I will be gone for around a month to japan at the end of the year for example so if I'm accepted I will have to take leave, But other than that I can easily reach my 12 hours.
