This server I was a staff manager on it averaged around 30-40 people. I was in charge of all staff applications and interviews, promoting and demoting staff, and making sure I do all staff reports.

ZedarSMP:
This server I was a moderator/ staff trainer on it averaged 400-700 people. I was in charge of training staff, making sure to do support tickets, and also in charge of core protect rollback.

ManifestMc:
This server I was a Staff Manager on it averaged 60-80 people. I was in charge of all staff.

AppleMc:
This server I was a Junior Moderator on it averaged 500-900 people. I was in charge of moderating in game and chat, making sure to do support tickets as well.

Why would you want to be staff on ExodusMc:

I want to be staff on Exodus because I want to be a positive influence to the players and someone to look up to. I have played Exodus and invested time and money because all together its a fun server and hoping it reaches out to more people and help advertise it.

If accepted how can you improve the server experience:

By having a extremely fast ticket speed being kind to players and also dealing with rule breakers as fast as possible.
