Do you have any previous staffing experience**: Yes, I've been staff for long periods of time on multiple servers. Working my way up from Helper to Jr Mod, Mod, Sr. Mod and Staff Manager I've been staff for multiple months on Skyblock.XYZ (also had a survival and prison server), EnigmaPrisons (Prisons only) and Mineville (Skyblock, Survival, Factions & Prisons). XYZ and Mineville were sold to new owners and because the vision of the new owners and my own did not align, I resigned on both. EnigmaPrisons closed down because the owner burned out.

As Helper - Mod my task was to moderate chat, help new players get used to the server and detect and punish rule breakers. As Sr. Mod I was the fallback for admins, any rollback for griefing or investigating dupes and tracking down duped items would be my task. While not a requirement, I would still handle the tasks of Helpers and Mods whenever needed. As Staff Manager I was in charge of overseeing recruitment and onboarding of new staff members. I was also in charge of events but back in the day that wasn't as high tech as they are now. Finally, I was in charge of maintaining the Forums and Discord (this was back when Forums were more commonly used, we were switching over to Discord) and updating the rules and punishment list where needed.

Why do you want to become staff on ExodusMC: Honestly am in love with the server and I'd be honoured to help in any way, shape or form that I can!

What 3 skills do you believe you have that would assist you while being staff on ExodusMC: I'm a quick typer and a keen reader, I rarely miss messages in chat regardless of how many notifications I get or how fast the chat moves. I'm stress resistant and overall a calm person. I'm able to diffuse arguments when needed. I'm also strict and just, I don't differentiate between friends or new players; the rules apply to everyone and I don't have any bias.

What 3 weaknesses do you believe you have that you would like to improve upon while being staff on ExodusMC?: I tend to get hyperfocused on certain things (like farming for hours on end), I'm hoping with being staff that I can get small mental breaks to type in chat or offer help on someone's island. My sleep schedule has also been all over the place as of recent so hoping to fix that also.

How much time are you able to put into the server on a daily/weekly basis?: I can be online for at least 4 hours every day except Saturdays. I sometimes spend more hours on one day and less on the other because I'm trying to rank up in league and get matched with pros Either way I can usually hop on pretty quickly when needed.
