Why would you like to become staff?: I'd like to help ExodusMC by simply answering questions, guiding newer members in the server, moderating channels and ingame as well to ensure everyone is able to smoothly chat with others without having to worry about potential rule breakers.   I would also like to be a Helper to further improve my moderation/support experience to be able to better help members but also to improve as a person and to become more professional/mature.

If accepted, how can you improve the servers experience?: I would improve the gameplay experience by being active in the community itself to be able to better listen to feedback to then relay it to the development team so it can be further reviewed and hopefully implemented in the server. Being an active part of the community and being "near" the players can be beneficial for the growth of the server.

What 3 attributes and 3 skills do you posses that will assist you as a staff member and the server. How will those effect the server positively? 
Attributes/Strenghts: I'm mature, professional and able to be active frequently on the server
Skills: I'm experienced with moderating and assisting players with questions/concerns in various scenarios, I'm patient and thus can calmly resolve any situations/conflicts, I also have leadership/mentoring skills which I can use to help other staff members when needed.
