Why do you want to become staff on ExodusMC?: Around a year ago I fell out of love with Minecraft, and quit my staffing jobs. I really enjoy helping players and making my server a place where others can have fun with others in the community.

What 3 skills do you believe you have that would assist you while being staff on ExodusMC?: 

1.Drive to succeed: I want to work hard to do a better job, I enjoy being promoted, and that has caused me in the past to spend a lot of time on the server and do a fantastic job.

2. Over 3 years of staffing experience on a multitude of different server types gives me the skills and confidence when it comes to almost every situation I may come across.

3. Availability: I have plenty of availability right now and could be a real assest to the team.

What 3 weaknesses do you believe you have that you would like to improve upon while being staff on ExodusMC?:

1. Communication: I have a tendency to want to think hard about what I want to say, but then not respond or take too long. 

2. Consistency: I love staffing, but sometimes I find myself not being online enough for my standards, and I would like to change that.

3. Sometimes I tend to rub people the wrong way, and it doesn't really recover, I would like to find ways to at least get along with these people.

How much time are you able to put into the server on a daily/weekly basis?:
