Why would you like to become staff?:

It would be fun and useful to be able to start helping users in support rooms, kicking rule breakers off the server, and generally contributing to the server as a staff member. I'm certain that I share the same goal with the other staff members on the server: to act morally in order to benefit the community. I've spent a lot of time on other, busy servers, but none of them come close to Exodus. I had been waiting to apply for a while and didn't want to pass up the opportunity. I wish to contribute as much as I can to the server's growth in the hopes of helping it succeed. I know how to handle situations, handle conflicts equitably, and use staff permissions correctly. I've discovered what it's like to grow up, make new friends, and truly enjoy yourself when you know you've done the right thing by reporting a player who has done something wrong.

The majority of those who staff like it, and some only do it for the experience. I'm naturally good at staffing, and I can get a lot done on the server in the time I have. I've learned a ton of new techniques for finding discord or mod users who have been hacked or otherwise cheat in Minecraft, using all of my knowledge. I make every effort to be mature, and I'm still working on it. I enjoy working with my coworkers because it gives me the energy to keep pushing forward while I'm with them. I'm also adept at assisting folks who require assistance. I'm not a stressed out person, so when there's no need to be, I'll relax. Staffing is about making friends and ensuring that the community has a good time.

If accepted, how can you improve the servers experience?:

I like to have fun, but if I'm needed, I'll always seem responsible and attentive because it's hard for me to get sidetracked when I'm doing that. I consider myself to be fairly mature; I know when to laugh and when to be serious, and I always handle situations appropriately. When I am in a serious position, I never make jokes because doing so would only result in being demoted. For instance, if a friend or a fellow faction member asks me to abuse them, I will graciously decline their request. 

My commitment to the community is to maintain order, assist players in achieving their goals, and keep everyone entertained, to put it another way, happy and involved. I hate hearing players or donors complain about being unenthusiastic or having a horrible time because it's something that can be easily remedied by talking to them or suggesting new ways for them to support the Skyblock community.

Attention to Detail, Fast Learner, Positivity to Change.

These affect the server player wise. I don’t some people don’t like dealing with Staff Members that aren’t knowledgeable of what they are doing and how they are accomplishing it. I can guarantee a player happy community with the support team and good communication all around.
