Hey there, my name is InfoBlock and I'm applying to be an Team Member on ExodusMC! At the time I'm applying I'm currently 20 years old (turning 21 this December on 29th). I was born in Germany and I still live there, so my timezone is UTC/GMT+1 (Winter Time) / UTC/GMT+2 (Summer Time).

I have more than enough previous staff experience, I think back in 2017 I first became Developer for an smaller Server and worked myself trough every available Server rank even after the Server has rebranded multiple times.

Now to the most important thing: Why would I like to become staff? Well... I first joined ExodusMC in Season 3 and soon became part of the Media Team, which still is my current rank on the Server. I'd like to help out the Staff Team of ExodusMC with my past and future experience on this aswell as on other Servers. In case I get accepted I can improve the Servers experience by daily Twitch Streams on ExodusMC aswell as advertisement on my and some other Discord Servers. As most of the people that I meet are German this could improve the german member count of the Server, it would be good to have an German Staff member then for that case! I also have some friends that could help me out with advertising so that's not a big matter.

There is currently 1 staff member who is still an trainee that could vouch me, he goes by the name of ShariksV1 and is one of my partners! He is streaming on ExodusMC on my Twitch during my application writing process, I've met him on ExodusMC and he's such a good person, but that has nothing to do with my application.

Meeting the requirement of 12 hours per season is way too easy for me as I'm on Minecraft like 24/7 and ExodusMC is one of the Servers I would play on the most. I haven't missed a single Trailer Reward since Season 4 release

Thank you for the reply and I'm glad to be a media creator for ExodusMC! Now to your questions.

Expanding on what I did on past Servers: When I first became an Developer on a Server back in 2017 I had no clue on what to do since I wasn't as experienced as I was today. After some time I became the Administrator of the Server and became closer friends with the Owner of the Server. Later I became the Co-Owner and we rebranded his Server together. We have played together since 2020/2021 and we've been trough ALOT! I mainly helped maintaining the Server aswell as making sure that all users obey the server rules.

How would I deal with a racist member: I'm strongly against racism! Racist members will get an proper punishment straight away, there is no thing such as he's allowed to be! If the rules don't allow racism there are no exceptions. To be more clear there is and will never be an exception for racism at any point.

You answered my question very well! They are not allowed to be racist or say any racial slurs even if they are allowed in the real world!. In exodus we want to be sure every one is equal!
