Do you have any previous staffing experience? (If yes, please list them and explain your experience): I was a Mod/Sr Mod on a server called infusedpvp. Infused was a cosmic test/Minecadia test server. I helped resolve issues within the community and once I was promoted to Sr Mod, I took care of events and setting up the eco updates for the server. That server was up for about a year before the owner quit and sold the server.  

I was mod on a server called ChaoticGTA, Now I know I'm applying for a position on a Skylock server; however, this server really showed me how to control rowdy chats and rude players. This server was a gta (Grand Theft Auto) server where everyone was pretty toxic and would get very upset with the staff if things did not go their way. Being moderator, I was used to help calm the chat down and make sure people enjoyed their time on the server. The server is still up today, however, no one plays anymore. 

Why do you want to become staff on ExodusMC?: I like the server, I've been playing it for some time now and have realized that there aren't many active staff members constantly on. I would like to be at least more active for people who really need help on the network. Getting started in sky block definitely isn't an easy feat.  

What 3 skills do you believe you have that would assist you while being staff on ExodusMC?: I can communicate with people easily, I think that I can be extremely helpful in finding solutions to problems players may have. I have experience in the game mode and how to be a proper staff member. I can also be pretty active, with my school having a 2-month winter break, I can be on virtually all the time. 

What 3 weaknesses do you believe you have that you would like to improve upon while being staff on ExodusMC?: I would love to learn more in depth parts of being staff. I know a lot of the basics, but there are still aspects that I am eager to learn about. Another thing I would like to improve on is my response to players being rude and or disorderly, usually I'd just mute them for whatever they are doing but I'd like to start trying to get rid of the problem with them all together, if they are upset about something I'd like to hear them out on what their problem is and try to work with them to help them get over it. 

Are you currently staff on any other servers?: Not currently, no. 

How much time are you able to put into the server on a daily/weekly basis?: I can put in about 2-3 hours a day. however, once my school goes on break i can put in as much time as needed.
