Yes I do, I was manager on a server called StarryNightMC, I helped with the server as much as I could. Uploading files, configurations, Staff Management, Media Management and more. I was also helper on cosmic sky for 2 years, Got Experience with massive communities, Moderation as a whole from this. I also have owned my own server before, Learning full on development of a server. Most of my experience is from cosmic sky tho, With Chat Moderation, Ban Reports, Bug Testing, Training and more with a massive server (hit 10k players while I was staff). I also used to be staff on this server but got busy IRL and Had to step down.
Why do you want to become staff on ExodusMC?:
I used to be staff here, I know how it is. I want to help the community grow more and make sure players have the best experience they can. I want to apply for gens at minimum now that its a gamemode, I would love to help work on gens server side and help grow the community for it. I have been looking for a gens server for a while and I think Exodus is one of the betters I know, Just the community is small. My goal is to be able to help with that and Make it one of the best like it has potential to be.
What 3 skills do you believe you have that would assist you while being staff on ExodusMC?:
Experience with staffing, I believe I have the experience that would assist with staffing on exodus, From cosmic and other bigger servers I've been apart of.
Neutral Standing, I have no problems giving same punishment to someone that is a friend or enemy, I have no problem Treating everyone the same with punishments, help or anything else.
Activity, I have nothing really going on in my personal time so I would have no problem being on for many hours at a time, if not ingame, Discord too.
What 3 weaknesses do you believe you have that you would like to improve upon while being staff on ExodusMC?:
1. I have a big problem with second guessing myself & Feeling a call is not correct.
2. I have a problem with voice chats, Staff or not. I want to get into them more but its hard even if it was other staff.
3. I get burnt out quite quickly, I push myself too much and end up burning out.
Are you currently staff on any other servers?:
I am helper on cosmic sky (Return of cosmic), that is it.
How much time are you able to put into the server on a daily/weekly basis?:
I would put in a couple hours a day, Maybe 20 a week minimum
