WinterMC - Manager / Staff Management / Event Management - WinterMC is a Prison / Skyblock / Gens server where I started from the bottom as Helper 2 summers ago and worked my way up proving to the Owner and older Managers that I can achieve a lot more (which I proved). WinterMC used to average around 50 to 100 players last summer but has recently fallen off and currently sits at 10 to 15 players daily, while working with the the staff team at WinterMC was fun and exciting helping new players find their feet on the server, answering all questions that they had, helping in tickets whether that being buy-craft issues or in-game issues I was always there to help. I would also help with advertising, help bring in new and returning players will keeping a close eye on my staff team making sure no one was abusing their permissions.
SagePvP - Senior Moderator - SagePvP is an ongoing HCF (Hard Core Factions) server. SagePvP used to average around 500 players per day, with around 800-900 every Saturday. SagePvP now averages around 100 players per day due to HCF constantly dying as a game-mode. I was made Junoir Moderator in late 2022 but left within 2 weeks due to the game-mode dying fairly quickly and just wasn't for me, within these 2 weeks of being staff I helped players in tickets with questions that they had about the server and helped people in teamspeak with and enquires about the network, I also had to watch players that had high reports from other players and the anticheat for cheating.
HCRoyale - Junoir Moderator - HCRoyale was also a HCF (Hard Core Factions) server. HCRoyale was never really a server in my option as it had 1 release and then got shut down as it was a money grab I did however help players for the 1 week of the server being open, I helped players in Teamspeak with and questions they had for the server and helped with open tickets through there discord.
AkumaMC - Helper - AkumaMC is a very popular Prisons and Skyblock server, bringing around 400 to 600 players daily, I was made helper back in august last year, I would have to answer tickets through discord, these tickets would be custom tag tickets mainly as helpers can not do any other tickets. I also had to watch over people in chat answering any questions people had and making sure nothing bad was being said.
RoyalPvP - Owner - RoyalPvP was my own Kit-PvP server which did quite well in my option averaging around 25 to 50 players a day. I helped all players and helped staff with situations that they did not understand and how to solve it. RoyalPvP closed down 2 months after the official release due to personal reasons.
Why do you want to become staff on ExodusMC?:
I would like to become staff on ExodusMC because in the last couple of months that I have been playing the server from playing the OG Skyblock to the new game-mode Gens this Saturday I have really been drawn to the server. Whenever I load up Minecraft I always look at ExodusMC, why? I think it's fun to play and the community is outstanding. Having played Minecraft for around 6-7 years I have been through my fair share of servers, I know when one has potential, my current skills and abilities can really make a difference to the server and impact it positively and help wherever needed. Another reason why I would like to become staff is that I love the responsibilities it gives you, from helping out new players to catching people abusing the rules to the fullest, the possibilities for what you maybe doing during while logged on are endless, this aspect of staffing makes me enjoy spending time on servers and creates new opportunities to create bonds within the server to ensure players will enjoy their time playing.

What 3 weaknesses do you believe you have that you would like to improve upon while being staff on ExodusMC?:
Can get distracted easily
When on a challenge takes me a while to actually understand the full message (working on this currently IRL)
Work until I cant keep an eye open (falling asleep due to being to tired) (I don't switch off, I think about the next thing to quickly) (working on this too IRL)

I work fulltime as a Trade Part Specialist so times will vary. Monday: 19:00 - 22:00 Tuesday: 19:00 - 22:00 Wednesday : 19:00 - 22:00 Thursday: 19:00 - 22:00 Friday: 19:00 - 23:00 Saturday: 13:00 - 20:00 (Alternating Weekends: 15:00 - 21:00) Sunday: 15:00 - 20:00
